I'm Leo Lim — a property advisor in your real journey. My clients come from all backgrounds: sellers, buyers, upgraders, investors, retirees, and even onlookers. To me, every encounter is a journey — not just a transaction.
How I started
I entered real estate in an unconventional and unique way.
Before this, I was a research scientist and a medical device salesperson. The former built my foundation in data analysis and interpretation. I developed a sharp instinct for what's robust vs. what's bogus. The latter taught me negotiation, communication, and the persistence of seeing a sales cycle through to the end.
This combination means I can often see through what are real data-backed conclusions and what are sales tactics dressed as advice. In today's market where noises are drowning out each other, that is a very relevant skill — the one that helps my clients separate the gold from the gravel.
As my understanding of the Singapore property market deepened (it comes with age, ha!), I began asking how I could use my skills and experience to help clients differently.
A thought sparked by a passion becomes a profession.
How I work
I start from listening.
A property decision is one of the biggest you make in your life. My thought process starts with aligning to yours — your needs, your timeline, your financial comfort.
If you're selling, I prepare a listing that stands out from the rest — posts, posters, and videos that reach the target buyers — and I negotiate for an offer that meets your financial goals and funds your next journey.
If you're buying, I work with you on your financials, recommend the suitable property class, sift through the listings, prepare side-by-side comparisons that help decision making, and identify the fair market value. When it's time, I negotiate on your behalf.
In the long run, my aim is simple: that every move grows your wealth, strengthens your nest egg, and leaves you with a property that lifts you up — not drags you down.

Beyond Property
In between work, you'll find me exploring the streets and alleys, cycling all over the island, kayaking along our coasts, checking out the fierce competition of heritage vs. nature vs. urban developments — and admiring how they blend.
Every outing is a kind of fieldwork — the same curiosity I bring to every client's table.
