I cover all over Singapore, and District 19 is my home ground — Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, & Serangoon. I live here, walk it daily, and follow every changes (plot ratio, MRT extension, & new launches) as it unfolds. The Cross Island Line, the Paya Lebar Airbase transformation, the Punggol Digital District — these aren't headlines to me, they're the reasons the next ten years of D19 matter and I'm living it.
Districts 17 and 18 are my secondary focus, where I've built enough depth to advise clients moving between the eastern corridor.
